Last summer I spent every game on the sideline filming, convinced it would help us improve. The footage sat in cloud storage. Links disappeared. Feedback scattered. I built manual trackers just to get basic structure. The effort was real. The learning was not. I looked for something better. The tools that existed cost a fortune and treated players as a commodity. So I decided to build something that didn't. Community teams deserve better. So I'm building the tools I wish I'd had: AI that watches what you can't, a space to review together, and a way for every player to own their growth.
